Secondary Math · Grades 7–12
Hi, I'm Clint — a secondary mathematics educator passionate about helping every student discover that math isn't just a subject to survive. It's a way of thinking, problem-solving, and understanding the world around us.
"Every student can learn math. My job is to find the door that opens it for them."
About Me
I'm Clint Bosshardt, an aspiring secondary math educator completing my degree and preparing to student teach in Spring 2027. My approach is built on one simple belief: every student can do math — they just need the right environment and the right guide.
I design lessons around real-world connections, low-stakes exploration, and genuine curiosity. I want my classroom to be a place where asking "wait, why does that work?" is the best thing a student can do. Math clicked for me when a teacher made it matter — and that's the experience I want to create for every student I work with.
My Classes
Each course connects mathematical concepts to real-world applications, with lesson plans, resources, and a class calendar updated regularly throughout the semester.
Grade 7
Ratios, proportional relationships, integers, basic geometry, and statistical thinking — the building blocks that power all the math that follows.
Grade 7–8
Variables, expressions, equations, and the foundational thinking patterns that make Algebra possible. Where abstract math begins to feel powerful.
Grade 8–9
Functions, linear equations, systems, and quadratics. This is the language of mathematics — and every student will leave here able to speak it fluently.
Grade 10–11
Trigonometry, polynomial functions, conics, and an introduction to limits. The gateway to Calculus and college-level mathematical thinking.
Math Resources
Curated calculators, practice tools, and math games — all free, all helpful, all vetted by Mr. Bosshardt for classroom-quality learning.
Visualize equations and explore functions without needing a physical TI-84. These free tools are what the pros use.
Run simulations, explore distributions, and get an intuitive feel for randomness and chance.
Build speed and accuracy with targeted practice across every grade level and topic. Great for test prep.
Learning disguised as fun. These games reinforce real math skills through play — for all ages and skill levels.
